Is the sport in which all fighting disciplines are combined. To succeed you must be a complete fighter and have skills in wrestling, grappling and kickboxing. Therefore you must also train these arts on their own. In MMA training we integrate these skills. You learn how to use your striking to get a takedown or how to use your takedown defense to keep striking. We also focus on adapting our ground game to the strikes.

For this training you need: rashguard, shorts (without pockets), mouthguard, MMA sparring gloves, shin guards. Advisable: groin protector
